Purpose

  • Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of an investment and risk advisory practice

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
  • Experience : 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment. Administrative experience. Investment and insurance risk industry exposure. Computer literacy (MS Office)

Responsibilities

  • Resolve all customer queries efficiently within agreed timelines
  • Maintenance of administration on all products, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Be the face and contact for the office of the Financial Advisor and manage existing client’s interactions
  • Maximise cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
  • Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines
  • Provide accurate and reliable reporting
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies
