Purpose

Requirements
- An appropriate tertiary qualification (B Degree/B Tech) relevant to the Human Resources discipline.
- Between 5 to 8 years’ experience in a Talent acquisition environment with well-developed project management skills, a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and its application in this context, and the understanding of an integrated talent management strategy and framework.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Responsibilities
- To provide a client centric and proactive service to all clients in respect of the City’s staffing requirements and strategies.
- To conduct research and benchmarking of best practices in the staffing environment to ensure a centre of excellence approach in the department.
- To facilitate and drive staffing related projects.
- To provide specialist advice, guidance and support to all components of the staffing value chain ensuring a comprehensive and integrated service to all stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor junior staff and ensure optimal utilisation of all resources.
