Requirements
- A relevant and applicable Bachelors’ Degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience within HR Governance or similar function
- Project co-ordination experience – advantageous
Responsibilities
- OPC for the HR department, responsible for the coordination of the end-to-end processes and procedures of the Operational Control framework and Permanent Control Plan
- Co-ordinate the implementation and updating of HR controls between the HR Department and BNP Paribas PF’s Central HR OPC department
- Co-ordinate the implementation and updating of the controls
- Perform gap analysis on relevant BNP policies and procedures relative to the RCS HR policies and procedures – ensure the validation regarding adaption and dispensation requests
- Monitoring and testing the implementation of any recommendations issued by the Internal Audit function
- Co-ordinate the identification, investigation and reporting of any potential or actual historical incidents to the Operational Risk and Control department
- Test the implementation and operating effectiveness of the controls within the HR department through the validated control plan
- Reporting on the status of the HR permanent control framework to the BNP Paribas PF HR OPC department
- Updating of the RCS Specific Procedures and Controls
- Verifying salaries and Third-party payments (SA and Foreign)
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the mitigation of risks
- Personal Data Protection referent for HR
- Assist in the execution of key governance and compensation related projects
- Troubleshoot for the Department Head ensuring that ad hoc issues within the Department are resolved
- Execute on assigned Projects that support the continuous improvement and transformation of the HR Department
- Knowledge sharing with the HR team to ensure a culture of risk identification and mitigation
- Stay abreast of local regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with both local and Shareholder requirements
