Purpose

  • Servest (Pty) Ltd, a Leading Facilities Management Company has a challenging opportunity for Special Projects Assistant position reporting to the Special Projects Team Leader to be based at our Head Office.
  • The position is for their Cleaning Division.

Requirements
  • Relevant 3-years tertiary qualification
  • Own Vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • Minimum of 2 - 3years’ experience in the Cleaning industry or Related (Facilities) Industry
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years in the cleaning industry and or Project Management
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Act of 1993
  • Hardworking with a strong working ethic
  • A proven track record of successfully managing client relationship
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IR / HR knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
  • Manage day to day project operations, assigned to you by the Special Projects Team Leader
  • Create and execute project work plans and Quotes
  • Ensure full colleagues attendance at all time.
