  • Grade 12/ Level 4 Certificate
  • 1-2 years Receptionist /Switchboard operator or Call Centre Agent experience
  • 3 years relevant experience in front line reception experience (recommended)
  • Relevant Diploma or N6 Management Assistant/Secretarial/Office Management (recommended)
