Requirements
- Grade 12/ Level 4 Certificate
- 1-2 years Receptionist /Switchboard operator or Call Centre Agent experience
- 3 years relevant experience in front line reception experience (recommended)
- Relevant Diploma or N6 Management Assistant/Secretarial/Office Management (recommended)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent computer skills (words, excel, outlook)
- Excellent communication
- Interpersonal and General office administrative skills
Responsibilities
- Greet clients in friendly and welcoming manner
- Professional in appearance
- Handle all inquiries confidential and ensure that the foyer
- Brochure stand has all the relevant information
- Answer calls with professional telephone etiquette and direct calls to the correct contact or extension
- Monitor entry access into the main administration and management office
