Purpose

  • Here is an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Customer Engagement Administrator and play a vital role in developing strong working relationships by providing efficient resolution to queries at our Walk-In Contact Center at Rustenburg Base Metal Refinery.

Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Payroll qualification (Recognition of Prior Learning will be acknowledged)
  • Relevant Payroll experience
  • Solid experience on SAP payroll capturing system knowledge
  • Experience in scanning of documents to Global Work Bench (GWB) filing system
Responsibilities
  • As part of this role, you will investigate queries reported by internal customers and former employee/s, validate engagement packs and engage new employees on the SAP system.
  • Your daily activities will include the escalation of unresolved queries to the processing teams for remedial action and accurately verify documents in terms of the HR policies, procedures and relevant conditions of employment.
  • You will act as a distribution point for Global Shared Services and will be required to print pay slips IRP5’s and Retirement Fund statements for distribution to the relevant employees.
  • This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 8 level reporting to the Customer Engagement Supervisor.
