Requirements

  • Matric
  • Certificate or diploma in Accounting an advantage
  • 2-5 Years’ experience in FMCG or financial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of Inter Company Creditors for Durban Bakery and Depots daily and reconciling
  • New vendor applications (checking if documents are correct and send to H/O)
  • Assisting with POD’s from time to time
  • Assisting with Drivers Reconciling from time to time
  • Assist with Trade & Sundry Creditors processing (GRV’s) and reconciling
  • Processing of Purchase Orders on Gp2010 and GP2016
  • Intercompany Creditors balancing and clearing (month end payment)
  • Filing of documents
  • Control of stationery and ordering
  • Control of printed books
  • Relief on switchboard
  • Other Ad Hoc duties
