Purpose

  • A Company in Durban requires an experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Managing Director.

Requirements

  • Assist Managing director with variety of responsibilities and special projects
  • Maintain the calendar for the Managing Director, Schedules meetings as needed
  • Making travel arrangements and provide support
  • Perform internal and external office communication
  • Screen and route incoming telephone calls
  • Preparation of relevant reports
  • Exercise good judgement in the receipt, processing, and response to important internal and external correspondence inquiries and request
  • Other duties as assigned.
