- A Company in Durban requires an experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Assist Managing director with variety of responsibilities and special projects
- Maintain the calendar for the Managing Director, Schedules meetings as needed
- Making travel arrangements and provide support
- Perform internal and external office communication
- Screen and route incoming telephone calls
- Preparation of relevant reports
- Exercise good judgement in the receipt, processing, and response to important internal and external correspondence inquiries and request
- Other duties as assigned.
- Grade 12/Matric
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of finance
