Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above vacancy within the Packaging department. Key Purpose : To provide 25 people with an opportunity to enroll for a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, NQF Level 3. They will enter into a fixed term contract with CCBSA Midrand Manufacturing, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and theoretical learning, culminating in a national qualification.

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications / Experience : • Minimum Matric with Mathematic and Science • Minimum N3 certificate in Engineering with mathematics and science or studying towards a relevant degree/diploma • No work experience required

Please note the below very important information: 1. Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (NOT Maths Literacy) 2. Must be a South African Citizen 3. Must be Employment Equity candidate 4. Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organisation (please check with the L&D Skills Sustainability Team if you are unsure) 5. Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment 6. N5/N6 advantageous - please ensure that at least 30% of appointments possess N5/N6 7. Must be between 18-35 years of age
