Requirements
- National Senior Certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in contact center/ customer care.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities
- Managing the relationship between our technicians and clients.
- Schedule fitments.
- Upselling of products to clients.
