Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in contact center/ customer care.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

  • Customer care, good verbal communication, computer literate, problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the relationship between our technicians and clients.
  • Schedule fitments.
  • Upselling of products to clients.
