I posses a B.Proc degree and have extensively worked on administrative duties. I have reliable experience in customer services and claims process.  I have gained this experience through on the job training and practical application.

I posses good communication skills, verbal and written, and can liase professionally at all levels. Also I have good organizational, analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, dispute resolution, interpersonal relations, supervisory and report writing skills. I am acquainted with computers, Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
