Purpose

  • A challenging position exist within the Customer Services Team for service driven individuals

Requirements
  • Have a Matric Certificate
  • Previous experience within Customer services is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
  • Be familiar with MS Office
  • Have excellent communication skills, particularly in English
  • Reliable transport (public or private)
Responsibilities
  • Answer all online enquiries and customer complaints  from customers  
  • Process all requests in line with operational procedures in the department
  • Process refunds from customers
  • Respond to customer queries via email
