Purpose
- To effectively implement and manage reward strategy, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Post matric related diploma/degree will be an advantage
- Professional (e.g. SARA) reward designation would be advantageous
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role

- Proven expertise in employee benefits and remuneration
- Strong administration, planning and organising skills
- Attention to detail; Service orientation; Empathy; Excellent communication skills, Relationship management; Leadership; Decision making abilities; Analytical ability and Logical reasoning.
Responsibilities
Remuneration:
- Implement remuneration strategy
- Consult with new and existing employees on their remuneration structure
- Manage end-to-end salary increase process
- Prepare bonus payments and communication
- Ad hoc calculations and analysis
- Conduct comparative analysis of internal and external market data
- Provide internal stakeholders with guidance on remuneration matters
Employee Benefits:
- Oversee and supervise the administration of all employee benefits
- Lead and manage the employee benefits team
- Benchmark employee benefits
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Liaise with relevant service providers
- Trusted advisor on all employee benefit related matters
