Purpose

Requirements
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A three-year tertiary qualification in Logistics/Transport Management/Public Management and Administration will serve as an added advantage.
  • Experience in the administration and facilitation of transport matters will serve as a added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • Knowledge of SCM processes.
  • Knowledge of BAS, JYP or Logis. Knowledge of contract management.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Transport and logistics duties, managing of Judge’s vehicles and government vehicles.
  • Procurement of goods and services.
  • Compiling and capturing of sundry and purchase order payments using JYP, BAS and LOGIS systems.
  • Facility management; checking building for defects; identifying needs and liaising with suppliers.
