Facilitate and perform specific HR activities /support tasks and functions to the staff Provisioning Unit associated with Recruitment, Selection
Termination, HR Information Systems, reports & general administration through the application of laid down Human Resource policies, procedures, employment legislation
Providing, seeking and presenting information on interventions and processes
Give inputs into the Human Resource Strategic Plan pertaining to Recruitment and Human Resource Systems Control
Undertakes specific sequences associated with the employment of Personnel
Facilitate the application of consultative and administrative processes and procedures
To ensure positive interaction between the section, Recruitment and HR Systems Control, and all stakeholders
Performs specific administrative requirements associated with the functionality of the Recruitment and Selection Unit
Collates and prepares qualitative and quantitative information for inclusion into specific statutory reports.
