Purpose
- The production administrator is mainly responsible for effective and accurate production order administration.
- Monitoring and general administration of packaging production orders. Administration of specific packaging OPEX accounts.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- 2-3 years experience in a similar production or administrative environment
- Working knowledge and experience in SAP
- Strong computer literacy

Responsibilities
- Administrate OPEX expenditure accounts
- Ensure all Production and Admin tasks are done in a cost effective manner
- Care for and use company resources responsibly
- Question unsafe practices and make suggestions for improvement
- Ensured all work meets prescribed standards for quality and quantity outputs and results
- Influence customers and relevant stakeholders to think financially
- Adhere to KWV values, mission and vision

- Communicate effectively according to the communication structure to ensure business alignment
- Team members must have clear, current and measurable goals
- Continuously improve processes, procedures and ways of working to optimise effectiveness of the business unit

- All actions, transactions on time in full as per the system of internal control > 99%
- Filling and recordkeeping
- Accurate and timeous processing of suppliers and external bottling invoices
- Create purchase requisitions and good receipts
- Assist with production orders administration and queries
- Ensure all production and admin tasks are done on time
- Build and maintain constructive working relationships with customers and relevant stakeholder
- Meet service level agreements
- Overtime will be required on an ad hoc basis.
- Participate in MDWT and ensure the boards are updated accordingly.
