- We are currently seeking a Perishable Order/Stock Management Clerk to join our dynamic Commercial Perishables Buying Department in Westville, Durban, KZN.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree (advantageous).
- Experience with a large store base (2-3 years of work experience).
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrable Demand/Merchandise planning skills.
- Strong mathematical ability – we need a logical thinker.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Excel.
- High acumen for analytics.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
- Collaborating across various departments, including Admin, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance.
- Managing the end-to-end stock function for all our stores.
- Working closely with suppliers to optimize stock levels in stores.
