Purpose

  • The HR Generalist is responsible for working within the operation to help shape and influence the People Agenda, by partnering with business.
  • The HR Generalist works proactively with Operations Managers and employees and fellow HR Consultants to ensure HC is delivered fairly and consistently to a high-quality standard whilst ensuring statutory and legislative compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human resources or any relevant tertiary qualification
  • 2- 4 years of HR experience
  • Previous Contact Centre/BPO experience highly advantageous
