Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years Administration related experience
- Relevant qualification advantageous e.g. logistics, warehouse, etc.
- Be in possession of a valid driver’s licence
Responsibilities
- Branch receptionist
- Health, Safety and Environment
- Staff – maintenance of records – training and development, clock-in system
- File upkeep for HSE and Compliance
- Finance
- Payroll reporting ito overtime etc.
- Administration of Creditors
- Assist Branch Manager with monthly cost pack
- Cash sales reconciliations
- Operations
- Accurate record keeping
- Stock ordering
- HSE and Effective cost control
- Manage and report deviations from system and procedure
- Risk Management
- Collection of accurate information and timeous reporting
- Administration and reconciling of incoming material.
- Stock reconciliation to green sheets
- Monitoring Diesel issues
- Cartage contractor payments
- Administration of petty cash
- Maintaining preferred supplier lists
- Weighbridge relief clerk as and when needed
