Overview

Servest Catering,a division of the Servest Group is seeking to employ an experienced supervisor to be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in many of the daily duties of our operations, and provides professional leadership anddirection to all related personnel. The incumbent will primarily work at their respective area , however they will also lend support to the Senior Manager ,Head Chef and Unit Manager where necessary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily planning and operation of the front of house team
• Deal with enquiries or queries in a proactive and efficient manner
• To deliver a consistent, first class, customer focused service to clients.
• Additional considerations: Cash up experience (Supervision of Cashiers)
• High standard of personal presentation
• This is a highly pressurized environment, might have to work long hours and weekends 

Minimum Requirements

• Matric and Computer Literate
• 3 years previous experience in upmarket restaurants /similar environment 
• Able to work under pressure and in a busy environment
• Presentable at all times
• Fluent English/excellent communication skills
• You will be responsible for managing waiters, duties, restaurant setup, bar and stock control
