Purpose

• Provide IT solutions and support through analytical, conceptual and creative tasks.
• To help the business manage, change and plan for the future, and achieve business goals and targets, in line with local, global and legislative requirements.
• To ensure the maintenance and implementation of enhancements and projects, relating to relevant Retail Sales & CRM processes and customer requirements.
• Assist Service Desk with Issue Resolution.
• Action all tasks in compliance with the Company's Culture Statement, Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q. tasks and duties and to inform superiors about deviations.
• All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

Requirements

• Matric +3 years relevant IT Qualification (Recommended)
• ITIL V3 (or higher) Foundation Certificate (advantageous)
• 3-5 years' relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

• MBSA specific sales (New Business Model / direct Retail Sales) and CRM processes
• Application related technology (Autoline)
• Automotive business and systems processes
• Leads management processes

Responsibilities

• End-customer focus: All actions / intentions must be with end customer interest in mind
• Product visionary, innovation and continuous improvement: Business value-add using IT solutions
• Governance: FCPA - and SOX process adherence, measured by the outcome of audit results
• Area accountability (demand, development, projects, support): Alignment with business partner expectation(s). Support must be within SLA
• Testing, training communication: Co-ordination of testing and training, related communication
• Governance: FCPA and SOX Adherence and outcome of Audit Results Awareness and implementation of DIS-F security goals
