Purpose

  • Accurate data administration to ensure POD, billing and data tracking is updated and maintained.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Added Advantage: Higher Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration
  • 2 years previous experience in a Data Capturer role

  • Able to work overtime and on Saturdays and Sundays if required to do so

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties
  • Creation of LTAs for loads executed on VFT
  • Administrative query resolution
  • Waybill capturing and scanning
  • POD scanning and uploading
  • Handling and resolving POD queries
  • Liaising with customers if and when required
  • Ensuring POD and waybill accuracy received
  • Capturing of data into electronic systems used by business unit
  • Ensuring driver data is kept accurate and up to date on VFT
