  • The Bryte Travel Call Centre Outbound Agent will be responsible for making outbound sales calls for Travel Insurance.
  • Agent must be skilled to sell top up Travel Insurance and, where applicable, answer enquires, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.


  • Matric 
  • Must be FAIS Compliant and have completed the RE(Regulatory Exam)
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in an outbound call centre Team

  • Make outbound sales calls to customer base
  • Sell customers “top up” travel insurance where applicable
