Purpose
- The ARC-Small Grain (ARC-SG) seeks to appoint a highly, experienced and dynamic person to the following position at Bethlehem.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management plus two years relevant experience.
- Valid drivers licence.
Skills & Competencies
- Computer literacy and good administrator.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and good interpersonal skills.
- A team player with positive attitude and ability to work independently and accurately is essential for this role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task without loosing the overview.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential technical and administrative support to the Human Resource Manager.
- Establish significant knowledge of Human Resources related policies, procedures and practices in addition to well-developed clerical skills.
- Manage General Human Resource Administration for field crops.
- Provide support to all employees by implementing Human Resources and HR Best practices and Procedures.
- Ensure that Labour Relations is carried out in line with legislation( LRA,BCEA, EE,SDA,etc.), implement and ensure adherence.
- Administer all Recruitment and Selection Processes, HRD and Performance Management Documents and promote positive employee relations and employee engagements.
- Filing and keeping records of all personnel documents.
- Compile and submit monthly, quarterly reports.
