Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Administer deceased and Insolvent Estates, Curatorship’s, Trusts and all aspects related to the administration thereof;
  • Determine and asses estate duties in terms of the Estate Duties Act;
  • Conduct research and draft legal documents;
  • Render administrative function of the office.
